My two-night stay at this hotel was like being in a hidden paradise. The stunning gardens with water features created a serene and peaceful atmosphere that made me forget I was in a suburban area. Waking up to the sound of birds singing and falling asleep to the calming trickle of water was pure bliss. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated bedroom, complete with a four-poster bed and nets, was outstanding. The owner's personal touch during breakfast, sharing stories of the property and the lowveld, made the meal even more enjoyable. the value for money, along with the exceptional service and beautiful amenities, made this a truly memorable stay.
Nothing could be improved; everything was more than satisfactory.

The staff was helpful and friendly during my business trip. The lush garden with running water feature was beautiful and provided a soothing and relaxing escape from my work. the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area.
My room left a lot to be desired. The shower had poor water pressure and an uncomfortable floor.

The accommodation was well-maintained and surrounded by impressive landscapes. the room was tidy and offered a fridge. Breakfasts were mouth-watering with fresh ingredients. the area was quiet and a perfect place to unwind with sublime gardens and water features that will relax your mind.
It would have been better if the bedding was replaced with a new one to make the stay even more comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, with a fridge that was useful. The location was convenient as it was close to the city center. The surrounding area had plenty of greenery and the garden was a nice place to relax.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor and there was only one geyser to service all the rooms, so hot water was limited. The TV was quite old and small, which made it difficult to watch. Additionally, the room was not sunny due to the large porch in front of it and the bed was uncomfortable. I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.
